Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC (Van Cleef) is a dynamic, multi‐disciplined firm of Engineers, Certified Inspectors, Landscape Architects, Planners and Land Surveyors. Founded in 1972 by Neil I Van Cleef, Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC has successfully served private and public clients with a broad spectrum of professional engineering services and surveying solutions for over 50 years.
Bursich Associates, Inc. was acquired by Van Cleef Engineering Associates in 2023 to expand its ability to serve clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. With Bursich, Van Cleef continues its growth into the active Montgomery County, Berks County and Chester County regions. Bursich Associates’ experienced civil engineers and surveyors have been collaborating with private and municipal clients in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. Their projects include design and review of subdivisions and land development applications for private and public sector clientele, wastewater management design, operation and feasibility studies, and comprehensive land surveying.
Our team provides expertise in all of the major areas of municipal and civil engineering. Headquartered in Hillsborough, New Jersey, Van Cleef has 9 regional offices strategically located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and employs more than 225 professionals and technical support staff.
