Van Cleef was contracted by Warren County for Construction Management and Inspection for the Replacement of Sussex County Bridge L-04. The work performed under this Contract for the Replacement of Sussex County Bridge L-04, Warbasse Junction Road (County Route 663) over Paulins Kill.

• Removal and disposal of the existing single span steel girder bridge and existing substructure.
• Construction of the concrete substructure on cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles.
• Construction of permanent sheeting and riprap to protect the substructure.
• Construction of the steel girder superstructure with composite concrete deck, concrete parapets, concrete curb, 4-bar steel bridge rail and concrete bridge approach.
• Reconstruction of drainage including inlets, headwalls, reinforced concrete pipe, and matrix concrete conduit outlet protection.
• Reconstruction of approach roadway pavement, guide rail and other incidental items of work.
