Van Cleef was contracted by Larken Associates for the replacement of Allentown Shopping Plaza.

This project was a 75,000 square ft shopping center in the City of Allentown that was acquired by the client. The existing shopping center was demolished and replaced by several new buildings. Van Cleef completed ALTA surveys of the site and assisted with acquisition. Van Cleef also designed the new shopping center and worked closely with the client to optimize building and parking configuration for the site.

Land development plans were prepared and approvals obtained from the City of Allentown and all outside agencies.
