Van Cleef collaborated closely with Upper Saucon Township and the Peron Development to optimize the potential of this project. Through dedicated effort and meticulous planning, the project was successfully executed. The finished product is a thoughtfully designed, 42,600 square feet, three-story medical office building, the third at the Lanark Commons Medical Campus in Center Valley.

Van Cleef assisted with the design and approvals for the building addition and associated off-street parking area, utilities, permitting and NPDES Permit BMP observation during construction.
