Van Cleef partnered with Springwood Hospitality for the development of a 3.4 acre site for a new hotel facility in Bethlehem Township. The Van Cleef team provided comprehensive engineering services throughout the project, including the preparation of a hard-lined sketch plan, preliminary and final land development plans, and securing municipal, utility, and NPDES permit approvals.

In addition to these core services, Van Cleef also conducted an ALTA survey and prepared as-built surveys and plans. Van Cleef was actively involved throughout the project by attending all necessary meetings to help ensure the projects successful completion.
