Van Cleef provided the County of Ocean with Resident Engineering and Resident Inspection services for this $720K Barnegat Branch Trail Phase 8 Project. The construction was of approximately 8,080 linear feet of a 10-foot-wide stone dust surface shared use path, plus related facilities in Berkeley Township. ​

​The Contract included the relocation of a Dense-Graded Aggregate driveway with asphalt apron, concrete and wooden split rail fence, timber and steel bollards, bicycle racks, benches, trash receptacles, HMA approaches, 2” milling and 2” HMA surface course of an intersection, a retaining wall, 74 linear feet of 14” ductile iron pipe, 48 linear feet of 24” reinforced concrete pipe with trash racks and riprap slope protection, topsoiling, seeding, straw mulching, and all other work as shown on the plans and/or specified herein necessary for the completion of this Contract.
