Van Cleef performed the inspection of 221 State-Owned high mast light pole structures at 31 major interchanges associated with NJDOT roadways. Several significant roadways were included, such as, Interstate I-80, Interstate 195, US Routes 1&9 Truck, US 202; and NJ Routes 3,21,22,24. Work included the in-depth visual inspection of all structures, select UT testing of anchor bolts by our subconsultant PTL Testing, and development of database-generated inspection reports. Inspection included working closely with NJDOT maintenance personnel to lower each lighting halo and inspection of all components, including electrical, mechanical, and structural.
