Van Cleef is pleased to announce that Ana Martins, P.E., has been appointed as the Branch Manager of the firm’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.
Ana has been with Van Cleef for 20 years and has more than 35 years of civil engineering and land development experience As a Van Cleef Associate and Senior Project Manager. Ana has led a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding regions. Her experience spans all phases of project delivery, from planning and permitting through construction completion.
In addition to her engineering and leadership experience, Ana is actively involved in the regional commercial real estate community. As a member of CREW Lehigh Valley since 2015 and Chapter President since 2024, she has supported CREW’s mission to advance women in commercial real estate through networking, leadership development, and career outreach.
Ana also serves as President of the Lehigh Valley Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting babies and families impacted by medical challenges in the Lehigh Valley community. The Foundation’s annual networking and fundraising event brings together more than 400 real estate and allied professionals and has raised more than $1 million to support programs assisting mothers and babies affected by premature births.
“These organizations are important to me both professionally and personally,” said Martins. “CREW supports women in the commercial real estate industry, while the Foundation allows me to give back to the community in a meaningful way.”
As Branch Manager, Ana will oversee operations, client service, and continued growth of Van Cleef’s Bethlehem office, while supporting the firm’s long-term strategic goals in the region.
