Van Cleefwas contracted by The Pennington School to provide design services for new press box, bleachers and entrance wall and arch to the football field.
To avoid interfering with school activities and sporting events, the project had to be constructed during the school’s summer break. Van Cleef expedited the permit process in winter and spring to ensure construction would begin on time. The construction project was completed, and the field was ready for use when the students returned for the fall semester.
As part of Van Cleef ’s contract, approvals were obtained from the Pennington Borough Planning Board, Mercer County Planning Board, Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission and the Mercer County Soil Conservation district.
