Jeffrey Baldwin, Survey Manager, has more than 30 years of surveying, engineering, and municipal experience throughout New Jersey. Jeff’s career includes over two decades with Somerset County, where he served as Principal Engineer within the Survey Division. Throughout his tenure, he has worked closely with county and municipal agencies on roadway improvements, pedestrian pathways, drainage projects, parcel mapping, right-of-way research, consultant management, and capital improvement initiatives.
His background provides valuable insight into the public-sector challenges our clients face, while further strengthening our ability to support complex infrastructure, municipal, transportation, and land development projects across the region.
