Van Cleef was retained by East Brunswick Public Schools to design and implement critical site improvements aimed at enhancing campus safety, accessibility, and traffic flow. The project included the development of two new parking lots, a dedicated bus loop, and a student drop-off loop, all carefully designed to improve circulation and create a more organized, efficient arrival and dismissal experience.​

The scope also incorporated thoughtfully designed landscaping and a comprehensive irrigation system, complementing the upgraded site while supporting long-term sustainability. Behind the scenes, advanced engineering solutions were applied, including the design of a subsurface drainage system, detailed grading plans, site lighting, and a thorough traffic analysis to ensure optimal functionality and safety.​

Van Cleef provided full-service engineering support throughout every phase of the project, from initial concept through final acceptance. Services included planning and budget development, surveying, permitting, and the preparation of detailed construction plans and specifications.
