Van Cleef was contracted for this two- cycle project to provide the in-depth NBIS inspection of 74 Complex Monmouth County bridges under a new Pilot Program through NJDOT where the County (client) requested enhanced NJDOT-style inspections reports with full inspection field notes, all contract/maintenance repairs, and cost estimates. Responsible for preparation of inspection reports following NJDOT standards and procedures with many modifications and enhancements according to the County, including additional sketches, additional photos, detailed field notes, and other modifications.

Work including updating SI&A/PONTIS, PONTIS LITE, several first cycle bridges with LRFD ratings using LARS, DESCUS, PS3, BAR7 software, several dozen underwater inspections, Conrail railroad coordination, MPT with UB-60, and subcontractor coordination. Bridge types in this contract included larger bridges such as multi-span steel trusses, long span girder-floorbeams, and other FCM structures.
