Van Cleef provided construction administration, construction inspection and construction testing for this portion of the Lawrence-Hopewell Trail, a multi-use trail system in Lawrence and Hopewell Townships that is 22 miles long. ​

The project required installation of a large reinforced concrete retaining wall, large elliptical pipe culvert extension, porous pavement trail, decorative bike railing and guide rail. The project was funded by a FHWA grant through the Borough of Pennington. ​

Van Cleef provided full time inspection and all required FHWA and NJDOT documentation to complete the project.
