Van Cleef provided project management and construction inspection oversight and numerous construction items including; telescoping guiderail terminals, beam guide rail dual faced, anchorages, beam guide rail posts, beam guiderail elements, removal of beam guiderail, long life epoxy traffic stripes, 4”, 8” and 24”, including removal of stripes, modified thrie beam guiderail, tangent guiderail terminals, reconstructed inlets type B, using existing castings, 9”x18” variable height concrete vertical curb, HMA milling and paving, polymerized joint adhesive, raised pavement markers, guide sign panels Type GO, junction boxes, numerous ground wire and multiple lighting wires, 3” metal conduits, 14 sign lighting structures were upgraded, modified existing load centers, inlet filters and silt fence.
