Van Cleef was contracted by Advanced Solar Products to provide design services for a solar farm in Franklin Township, New Jersey. The project was to be constructed on private lot, adjacent to Delsea High School. The landowner constructed the solar farm to supply electricity to Delsea High School.

The project involved site layout, utility layout design and all predevelopment and post development survey work. The project was analyzed to ensure maintenance and emergency vehicles could access the solar farm. A stormwater management analysis was performed to satisfy all local design regulations.

As part of Van Cleef ’s contract, approvals were obtained from the Franklin Township Planning Board, Gloucester County Planning Board, and the Gloucester County Soil Conservation district.
