Van Cleef provided geotechnical engineering services for the bridge replacement with a prestressed concrete voided slab superstructure with reinforced concrete abutments. 

Van Cleef performed test borings and prepared geotechnical engineering analyses for the foundation support. 

Work effort included structural design of the proposed bridge and wingwalls; roadway design including alignment and profile; geotechnical investigation and foundation design; traffic engineering for detour and signing and striping plans; utility coordination and accommodation; topographic survey and right-of-way engineering; preparation and approval of NJDEP permit applications for Freshwater Wetlands General Permit, Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit and cultural resources.
