Van Cleef was contracted by Monmouth County Parks to provide a survey of the Sunnyside Equestrian Center in Middletown Township owned by Monmouth County and a lot to be added to Shark River Park in Neptune Township.

The Sunnyside project primarily involved locating boundary evidence along boundary lines between the park and adjacent lots, the realigned right-of- way throughout the park and along the Garden State Parkway. Van Cleef located the features located in the park, resolved boundary locations of the various lots and will prepare a survey plan documenting our findings.

The Shark River Park project involved locating boundary evidence and features on the property, researching deeds and maps associated with the area, preparing a survey plan along with metes & bounds descriptions and setting monuments on the new park boundaries.
