Van Cleef provided comprehensive site design services for the Ashbridge Senior Living Community, a 17.5‑acre development in Doylestown Township bordered by Swamp Road (SR 313), York Road (SR 263), and Rogers Road (T‑332). The project required close coordination with PennDOT to address improvements to the existing traffic signal at the main intersection and to design compliant access points along both Swamp Road and Rogers Road.​

​Our team delivered full boundary and topographic surveying, complete site layout and land development design, and the preparation of erosion and sedimentation control plans. We also developed post‑construction stormwater management plans, secured NPDES permitting, and provided site lighting and landscape architectural services. These integrated efforts supported an efficient approval process and helped shape a high‑quality design for the senior living community.
