Van Cleef was contracted by the Borough of Hightstown to provide field surveying, planning and engineering design and construction inspection for revitalization of the downtown. The project includes complete curb and sidewalk replacement with a combination concrete and brick paver sidewalk; installation of benches, bollards and trash receptacles; full replacement of street lighting; road alignment changes necessitating traffic signal relocation and textured pavement for crosswalks and decorative pavement.
