Van Cleef was contracted to provide comprehensive site design services for the Doylestown Country Club’s Building Expansion and Parking Lot Facility project. The approximately 115‑acre property, located in Doylestown Township with primary access from Green Street (Pebble Hill Road), required coordinated engineering and planning expertise. Van Cleef delivered a full suite of services, including a partial topographic survey, site layout and design, land development plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and post‑construction stormwater management design. Our team also provided NPDES permitting support along with site lighting and landscape architectural services. This integrated approach ensured a compliant, efficient, and visually cohesive design that supports the Club’s long‑term vision.
