Van Cleef was contracted by Woodmont Properties, LLC. for the development of Grandview property. This project included 204 new Woodmont Properties apartment units, garages, and associated clubhouse with pool, a 75,000 square feet Weis Markets grocery store with a gas station, two commercial pad sites, and associated parking, utilities, landscaping, stormwater management facilities, and signalized boulevard access. Van Cleef completed boundary and topographic surveys of the site and assisted with concept planning and zoning approvals. Van Cleef also designed the new shopping center and apartment community while worked closely with the client to optimize building and parking configuration for the site. Land Development Plans were prepared and approvals obtained from Lower Macungie Township and all outside agencies.
