Van Cleef was selected to provide comprehensive Land Development Design services for the Lower Saucon Township Municipal Building project. The scope includes the construction of a new municipal building and accompanying parking areas to support Township operations. Working closely with Township staff and the project architect, Van Cleef helped re‑envision the overall circulation network, creating an improved and efficient layout for both vehicular and pedestrian movement throughout the site.
The project also encompasses the design of an addition to the existing maintenance building, the relocation and reconfiguration of parking areas, the creation of a new multi‑purpose field, and the addition of a proposed carport to accommodate Township vehicles. Van Cleef also coordinated the relocation and integration of the existing playground equipment within the redesigned site plan, ensuring continuity of community amenities.
