Van Cleef was contracted to provide comprehensive land development services for an approximately 9.5‑acre property located along the south side of West Main Street (Route 113) in the Borough of Silverdale, Bucks County. Although the site has limited frontage along West Main Street, it expands significantly beyond the existing adjoining lots, creating a broad developable area.​

The property currently contains an existing dwelling and garage, both of which will remain. The proposed development includes a loop road extending into the site, providing access to 47 townhome units. The plan incorporates pockets of open space, along with a pedestrian pathway connection and emergency access to nearby Green Street, enhancing site connectivity and safety.
