Van Cleef provided comprehensive land development services for a site of just under one acre, located along the south side of West State Street in the Borough of Doylestown, Bucks County. The project centered on the adaptive reuse of an existing building with a rich history as an auto dealership, grocery store, and retail establishment.​

While much of the site’s infrastructure was already in place, the scope of work included a complete redesign of the parking area, featuring improved circulation patterns and updated striping, along with new landscaping and site lighting. The result is a revitalized property that supports modern use while respecting the site’s established character.
