Van Cleef was contracted by Landis Mill Holdings, LLC for a project the included eighty-five new age-qualified single-family dwellings and a 75,000 square foot commercial center with numerous pad sites.

Van Cleef completed boundary and topographic surveys of the site and assisted with concept planning and zoning approvals. We also designed the new shopping center and residential community and worked closely with our client to optimize building and parking configuration for the site. Land development plans were prepared and approvals obtained from Upper Saucon Township and all outside agencies.
