Van Cleef was selected to provide Land Development Design services for Park Crossing at Salford. The 43‑acre site is located adjacent to Alvin C. Alderfer Park at the prominent intersection of Oak Drive and Maple Avenue in Lower Salford Township. The project transforms the tract into an upscale residential neighborhood featuring 48 high‑end single‑family detached homes, supported by five above‑ground stormwater management facilities, a combination of gravity and low‑pressure force main sewage systems, roadway widening improvements, and the creation of a trail network and sports fields within surrounding open space areas slated for dedication to the Township.​

Van Cleef guided the client through a detailed site rezoning process before providing a full suite of professional services, including surveying, site layout and design, land development planning, landscape architecture and site lighting, and all public hearing presentations and approvals. The firm also managed all required environmental permitting, including an NPDES General Permit and General Permits associated with the culvert road crossing.
