Van Cleef was contracted by Springfield Hospitality for the development of a 3.78-acre site to construct a 4-story, 113-room hotel with an approximate footprint of 16,455 square feet and gross floor area of 65,789 square feet in Lower Nazareth Township, at the First Park 33 Commerce Center.

Along with the hotel building, Van Cleef was also involved with the associated access drives, parking, utility connections, landscaping, and stormwater management facilities.

Additionally, a sanitary sewer lateral was constructed to the existing Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority owned sanitary sewer line located in Eastgate Boulevard. New waterlines connecting to the existing Easton Suburban Water Authority line located within Eastgate Boulevard now provide domestic and fire flow demand service to the hotel.
