Van Cleef was contracted by Larken Associates to design the addition of three (3) new commercial buildings at the existing shopping center located along the northern edge of the Tilghman Square shopping center, fronting on Broadway, in South Whitehall Township of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
The project consisted of preparing plans for a bank building, a Moe’s Restaurant and a building that houses three (3) new uses along with the associated access driveways, parking, landscaping, lighting and utilities. Van Cleef assisted the Client with obtaining the required approvals. Additionally, the improvements included construction of a sidewalk along the frontage of the shopping center to connect one of the parcel’s driveway to existing sidewalk along the western edge of Centronia Road.
The Tilghman Square Shopping Center complex is a total of thirty-four (34) acres divided into four (4) parcels including the businesses Sherwin-Williams, Wendy’s, and Monro Muffler Brakes.
