Van Cleef provided comprehensive land development services for a 124‑acre property located at the southern corner of Red Corner Road and East Main Street (Route 724) in Union Township, Berks County. The proposed project is a residential community featuring a diverse mix of housing types, including single‑family detached homes, twin dwellings, and townhomes, thoughtfully integrated with significant areas of preserved open space.​

The development includes a total of 293 residential units and more than 60 acres of open space. The site encompasses a segment of the former Schuylkill Canal, which has been repurposed as a recreational trail and serves as a valuable local and regional resource for outdoor recreation.
