Van Cleef was tasked with the construction of a new 30,000-square foot public works facility located at the Hopewell Township Municipal complex.

The project effort included meeting and coordination with the Township Committee, Township Administrator, Public Works Director, Project Architect, various contractors and utility companies.

The design incorporated storage needs, future expansion requirements and equipment maneuvering requirements. Contract administration and construction inspection were also provided.
