Van Cleef was contracted by the Methacton School District to provide civil engineering consulting services for the Arrowhead Elementary School Replacement Project, located at 232 Level Road in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The project involved the demolition of the existing school building and construction of a new 57,820-square-foot elementary school designed to support modern educational needs. Van Cleef’s services included land surveying, preparation of site and construction plans, stormwater management design, erosion and sedimentation controls, landscape design, and coordination with local and governmental regulatory agencies to secure all required approvals. ​

​The site development program included parking accommodations for 98 vehicles, a new bus loop and student drop-off driveway, open grass playing fields, and designated play areas. Construction was completed using a phased approach, allowing the existing elementary school to remain fully operational throughout the duration of construction. This approach minimized disruption to students and staff while ensuring a safe, efficient transition to the new facility at Arrowhead Elementary School.
