Van Cleef was hired by Lafayette College to complete site plan and obtain local approvals for a 5,900 square-foot daycare center. ​

​Work included preparation of construction plans including topographic survey, site layout, parking lot design, utility connections, storm drainage design, erosion control measures, site grading, construction stakeout, cost estimate, and applications to the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission, Northampton County Conservation District and the City of Easton for zoning, site plan and subdivision approvals.​
