Van Cleef was hired as a subconsultant to complete the site plan and obtain local approvals for the 106,185 square foot, $22.4 million addition and renovations to Lafayette College’s Skillman Library. ​

Work included design of utility connections, storm drainage and erosion control measures, supplementary specifications, applications to the City of Easton, the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission, and the Northampton County Conservation District, and liaison with the prime consultant, Ana Beha Architects.
