Van Cleef was tasked with the construction of a new Police and Courts Building. ​

Van Cleef performed all site, civil and survey functions including environmental permitting, stormwater management, site layout, lighting, landscaping, ADA access design, water main extension, construction stake-out and construction administration related to site work.​

This project also included renovation of a portion of the Lawrence Township Municipal building. ​
