Van Cleef performed biennial NBIS inspection of 74 Morris County owned bridges, including several fracture critical truss bridges. Work included bridge inspections, including FCM inspections, special access (UB-60)/MPT, clearance/sounding sketches, numerous Priority repair recommendations, ASR, LFR & LRFR load ratings, SI&A and NBE Element coding and preparation of inspection reports in NJDOT’s web-based CombIS program. Bridge types included FCM trusses, FCM girder-floorbeam-stringer, PS I-Beams and box beams, concrete arches and multiple steel plate girders.
