Van Cleef provided Road and Bridge Construction Inspection for this $3.6M bridge superstructure replacement project.

NJDOT Local Aid and the County of Sussex were able to decrease the amount of time involved with traveling between Route 565 and Route 23, saving the motoring public time and resources.

Construction items with work activities included, site and tree clearing/utility relocation, implementation and Maintenance and protection of Traffic, road closure and detours, install soil erosion & sediment control measures, demolish existing structure, install sheeting, construct bridge foundations/abutments/wingwalls, install bearings/erect beams, construct bridge deck, construct bridge parapet & rail, construct retaining walls, construct approaches on roadway, install pavement and epoxy long life markings, install guiderail, landscaping & incidental items of work, reopen bridge and roadway.
