Van Cleef provided site surveying and engineering services from conceptual design through construction of 350-unit residential subdivision, including the 18-hole golf course facility. 

The scope of work included detailed engineering designs for 8000 sf Clubhouse, roadway designs, water distribution & facility design, sanitary sewer conveyance & pump station design, storm water management and related drainage facilities analyses/designs, erosion & sedimentation controls, including landscaping and lighting plans, as well as application processing/procurement; agency permit expediting, bidding phase management/assessment and construction stakeout services, administration and oversight.
