Van Cleef was contracted by Robbinsville Township to provide survey, design, and construction administration services related to the recreational improvements projects at the township’s municipal complex.

The project primarily involved the demolition of a skate park and existing sand volleyball court to make way for eight (8) new sand volleyball courts.
Design efforts included a new storm sewer and court underdrain system, electrical service with court lighting, ADA access, grading, in-ground volleyball equipment, 10’ vinyl coated fencing and safety improvements to nearby County Road.

As part of Van Cleef Engineering’s contract, approvals were obtained from Robbinsville Township and the Mercer County Soil Conservation District.
