Projects range from major subdivisions featuring hundreds of homes to surveying and site design for individual homes. Van Cleef Engineering supports projects at every stage of development, from concept through completion. We help clients analyze the economic feasibility of development and create detailed development plans.
Van Cleef Engineering performs studies including zoning reviews, infrastructure reviews, on-site soil evaluations, preliminary reviews of conditions, schematic designs, and schematic cost estimates. Van Cleef Engineering offers complete analysis of water supply, provides wastewater disposal alternatives, and conducts studies of existing facilities to determine necessary improvements. The firm maintains laboratory and technical personnel to perform all soil evaluations required for septic system design.

Our plans meet local, county, state, and federal requirements, and we provide representation before planning boards and state agencies.

Detailed development plans involve coordination of all outside consultants, the preparation of boundary and topographic services, site development drawings and specifications, and coordination for post approval priorities such as bonding, estimates, permit acquisition, and construction loan certification.
